Job Summary

Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior H&S/CDM Consultant to join our team. As a Managing CDM Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a team of H&S/CDM professionals, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring high levels of service are delivered to our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of H&S/CDM professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop business with new and existing clients, forming an integral part of our Senior Management team.
  • Prepare fee proposals and service level agreements as required for Principal Designer and other related health and safety services.
  • Carry out H&S specific design reviews throughout phases of the project.
  • Manage multiple projects across a diverse portfolio, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with design and construction processes and CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Assist the Managing Director with quotes and tendering information.

Requirements

  • Member of the Association for Project Safety (APS).
  • NEBOSH-qualified.
  • Experience working in a client-facing/consulting environment.
  • Confident and astute communicator.
  • Natural leader, capable of effective people management.
  • Commercially aware with good business acumen.
