The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Manager to join our Digital Legal Delivery team. This role will involve managing the eDiscovery and technology elements of a portfolio of client matters, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

The Role

The eDiscovery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing eDiscovery workflows and technology, including data processing, ingestion, searching, and production
  • Designing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure high-quality results
  • Collaborating with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members to ensure their development and growth
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest eDiscovery tools and technologies, including Relativity, Nuix, and Reveal AI
Key Responsibilities

The eDiscovery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Case management: identifying client needs, recommending technical solutions, and delivering effective solutions throughout the life of a matter
  • Client service: working directly with clients to ensure excellent service and high-quality results
  • Collaboration: working closely with our clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Quality control: designing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure high-quality results
  • Team management: supervising and mentoring junior team members to ensure their development and growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years' eDiscovery experience, preferably in a law firm or service provider
  • Deep understanding and practical day-to-day use of eDiscovery technology, including Relativity, Nuix, and Reveal AI
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, including effective collaboration with case teams, eDiscovery team, and service providers
  • Experience working within a similar team at the required level
  • Expertise supporting document reviews and case work
  • A curious mind and solutions-oriented approach to providing client service
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to dealing with multiple projects to very strict deadlines
eDiscovery Tools/Certifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in the following eDiscovery tools and certifications:

  • Relativity (Server/RelOne)
  • Nuix
  • Reveal AI
  • Preferred Certifications include: RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator), Relativity Processing Specialist, Relativity Analytics Specialist
Working Pattern

This is a full-time role, working in our London office.
