About the Role

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Manager to join our team at TRIA Recruitment. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for managing the full EDRM lifecycle, with a focus on lawyer and client communication, people management, and market-facing initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on a hybrid role with a clear line to Senior Management. You will have the chance to work with industry-leading tools, including Relativity and RelativityOne, and collaborate with lawyers to coordinate eDiscovery tasks and understand complex processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high data quality and quality control.
  • Work with Relativity and RelativityOne, as well as other leading eDiscovery tools, to coordinate eDiscovery tasks and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to discuss and coordinate eDiscovery tasks, understanding risks and solutions for complex processes.
  • Develop innovative approaches to client issues, creating bespoke solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Legal, Computer Science, or Forensic Background.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in related field with medium and large cases/projects.
  • Proficient in Relativity and RelativityOne, with experience in other leading eDiscovery tools a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the support of colleagues.
Desirable
  • Certifications in eDiscovery, such as RCA, RCU, ACEDS, Nuix Discovery, and other industry standard markers.
  • Coding/scripting skills in SQL, with experience in data processing and collections a plus.
