The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Manager to join our Digital Legal Delivery team. This role is responsible for managing the eDiscovery and technology aspects of client matters, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage eDiscovery workflows and technology, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of client projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Supervise and train junior staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in eDiscovery processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest eDiscovery tools and technologies, including Relativity, Nuix, and Reveal AI.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of eDiscovery experience, preferably in a law firm or service provider environment.
  • Deep understanding of eDiscovery technology, including data processing, ingestion, database setup, searching, production, and threading.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with experience working with case teams, eDiscovery teams, and service providers.
  • Ability to design and implement effective production workflows, manage risk, and ensure quality control.
  • Experience working in a similar team at a senior level, with expertise in document reviews and case work.
