United Living boasts one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.

Position Overview

The role involves monitoring the internal and external quality of work completed on-site and assisting in overseeing and maintaining the company's training requirements, in line with internal processes and external regulations to ensure compliance both on-site and off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) spreadsheet.
  • Collect information from internal build teams and engineers for the External Suppliers Score Card Process.
  • Report any concerns regarding External Supplier Performance to the appropriate Manager and Supply Chain.
  • Generate reports on engineer performance, highlighting any positive or constructive feedback as necessary.
  • Produce reports on job performance, verifying whether the site is progressing according to the Program of Works (POW).
  • Create weekly Work in Progress (WIP) reports utilizing engineers' time sheets.
  • Conduct quality reviews of Design Drawings as required by the project.
  • Assist in maintaining the Training Matrix for office and engineering personnel.
  • Monitor and manage the Training email Inbox for any inquiries or requests, escalating when necessary to the relevant Manager.
  • Track and record training requests in the training database.
  • Schedule training in accordance with internal processes, including raising Purchase Orders.
  • File training certificates following company procedures.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with training providers across the UK.
  • Foster good relationships with Build Teams and engineers.
  • Assist in maintaining safety training and document control systems as part of the HSE team, ensuring adherence on-site and in the office.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
