About the Role

Cox Automotive is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office-based activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Administration: Ensure the accurate processing of vehicle data and documents, meeting customer and internal SLA requirements at all times.
  • Department Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, addressing any problems or incidents in a timely manner and in accordance with procedure guidelines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain accurate communication with the Operations team to minimize time delays in allocating vehicles for sale.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to general client enquiries accurately and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to HSE requirements and site rules at all times.
  • Training and Development: Support the Service Delivery Manager in ensuring all team members are trained and developed to maximize performance.
Requirements
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly at all levels.
  • Administrative Experience: Experience working within a fast-paced administrative environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering operational excellence and meeting customer needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work efficiently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail, with the ability to input data accurately.
