About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Dispensing Optician to join our team at Inspired Selections. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of optical care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing optical products to customers, ensuring accurate prescriptions and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing stock levels, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
  • Providing expert advice on optical products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions for their needs
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Qualified Dispensing Optician in a busy practice
  • Ability to dispense to all levels, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and personable demeanor
  • Strong work ethic, with a customer-focused approach and ability to work independently
