Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
