Job Summary

Specialist Motor Finance Limited is seeking a highly skilled Outcome Testing Specialist to join our team. As an Outcome Testing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customer-facing departments meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Oversight and Capability Manager, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end outcome testing across various customer journeys. You will analyze the customer experience throughout the journey, identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations for remedial actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outcome testing to assess existing frameworks for customer-facing departments.
  • Utilize in-house systems to provide a clear audit trail.
  • Produce reports and provide feedback to senior managers.
  • Recommend improvements for policy and quality control methods.
  • Identify areas of risk and escalate as necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience in QA or Outcome Testing within a highly regulated industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of collections and complaints management best practices.
  • Experience in Motor Finance is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to operations, including a working understanding of FCA Regulations.
  • Familiarity with the Consumer Duty and what constitutes a good customer outcome.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
