About the Role

CPP Investments is a leading professional investment management organization seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our European operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our Managing Director, European Operations and Relationship Management, and the SMD, Global Head of Real Assets & Head of Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the SMD, Global Head of Real Assets & Head of Europe and the Managing Director, European Operations and Relationship Management on regional operations and initiatives for Europe.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials, data analysis, and slides to support activities and initiatives for the European office, including European Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) meetings and regional GLT calls.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to manage and track budget for the Office of the Head of Europe.
  • Support event management for activities such as the European Offsite, RA offsite, SMT & Board Meetings, and regional visits.
  • Assist in the execution of a relationship management strategy to engage sovereign wealth funds, family offices, pension funds, and other relevant corporate entities in Europe and the Middle East.
  • Analyze data to inform office redesign and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Excellent MS Office capabilities, particularly across PPT and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization platforms, such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Recognized ability to multi-task and prioritize, managing higher volume activity alongside longer-term project work.
