As a key member of our European Operations and Relationship Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and the Global Head of Real Assets & Head of Europe in achieving their vision for optimized performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic support to the Managing Director and the Global Head of Real Assets & Head of Europe on regional operations and initiatives for Europe.
- Coordinate and prepare materials, data analysis, and slides to support activities and initiatives for the European office, including European Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) meetings and regional GLT calls.
- Work closely with the Finance team to manage and track budget for the Office of the Head of Europe.
- Support event management for activities such as the European Offsite, RA offsite, SMT & Board Meetings, and regional visits.
- Assist in the execution of a relationship management strategy to engage sovereign wealth funds, family offices, pension funds, and other relevant corporate entities in Europe and the Middle East.
- Analyze data to inform office redesign and optimize business processes.
- Excellent MS Office capabilities, particularly across PPT and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization platforms, such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Recognized ability to multi-task and prioritize, managing higher volume activity alongside longer-term project work.
