Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of farm and poultry operations, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Emphasize health, safety, and hygiene to maintain optimal conditions for the livestock.
  • Supervise and assist the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants in their daily responsibilities.
  • Manage and regulate ventilation, heating, feeding, watering, and lighting systems to optimize conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records, oversee supplies, and respond to alarms effectively.
  • Administer budgets, control expenditures, and contribute to financial insights.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in a comparable role is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of agricultural operations and poultry management.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.

Compensation Package

  • Annual Salary: £36,900
- Includes a three-bedroom residence, with council tax and water costs covered.
