About This Role

The Digital Product Architecture Team within iCrossing's Digital Solutions business unit is a vital part of an integrated, cross-functional team dedicated to achieving client success. Our group leverages iCrossing's expertise across all areas, from strategy to technical implementation and everything in between. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and aligning them with their long-term goals.

You will be embedded within Agile delivery teams to document, guide, and communicate the overall solution.

What You'll Do
  • Define and document digital transformation journeys, mapping them to practical, executable, functional requirements.
  • Assist in conducting maturity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps to help clients establish and achieve their digital objectives.
  • Bridge key stakeholders to enable experience capabilities – collaborate with digital, integration, and data technologies to design and implement innovative customer experience strategies and solutions.
  • Amplify the voices of customers, employees, and partners to guide the development of practical, innovative digital solutions.
  • Be a key team member in digital technology and strategy engagements – build client relationships, map key technical inputs, manage project delivery, and ensure overall program success.
  • Shape the experience-led growth agenda – utilize human and market insights to identify future growth opportunities and assist clients in innovating new products, services, and business models.

  • Demonstrated technical proficiency, analytical skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, a willingness to learn, creative thinking, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Awareness of change management principles and influence mapping to support digital initiatives.
  • The capacity to take on a leadership role within project delivery teams.
