Job Summary

Noble Futures is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Manager to spearhead the development of a comprehensive digital platform for the companion animal industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, innovation, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Own the Digital Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead Digital Product Development: Oversee the development of digital products, including web and app systems, to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborate with Global Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive the product vision forward.
  • Maximize Business Value: Continuously improve product features and capabilities to maximize business value and ROI.
  • Define and Enhance User Experience: Develop and implement user experience strategies to ensure the highest standards of usability and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading the development of consumer-facing digital products.
  • In-depth knowledge of web and app development cycles, with a strong understanding of modern tech stacks.
  • Proven experience working with globally distributed teams, managing cross-functional collaboration across regions.
  • Passion or knowledge of the animal health and pet industry is a plus.
