About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Product Management Intern to join our team at American Express. As a Digital Product Management Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is a plus.
