Digital Product Management Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate student to join our Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions team as a Digital Product Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Digital Product and Business Unit teams to provide insights that inform product development and marketing investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Digital Product and Business Unit teams to design and implement strategies based on statistical, financial, and economic analysis.
- Provide analytical support to enable billing, revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience through diverse projects.
- Integrate new data sources and capabilities to drive key business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Passion for improving end-to-end customer experience, innovation, and customer-first thinking.
- Strong interest in the digital space and ability to collaborate with technology and product partners.
- Independent problem-solver with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Willingness to learn and master new systems.
