As a Product Development Analyst within the EDX team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our personalization products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Decision Scientists to bring innovative solutions to life.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure seamless feature delivery.
  • Participate in pre-launch testing and post-launch validation activities, partnering with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product Operations, Technology, and Decision Science.
  • Leverage data analysis to assess the value of new features and identify opportunities for product enhancement. Contribute to strategic roadmap development based on your insights.
  • Support the creation of compelling presentations for executive audiences and partners, effectively communicating product vision and progress.
  • Stay at the forefront of personalization trends and emerging technologies, exploring their potential impact on product development.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing our underlying platforms and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital product development, supporting the end-to-end launch of digital products.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools (Jira, Rally, Mural, Invision, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (business administration, product development, digital marketing, systems management, or equivalent experience).
