Creative Brand Designer and Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Graphic Designer and Digital Creative to join our Marketing team in Brighton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and professional content across various mediums, including animation, audio, photo, and video.
Your primary focus will be on developing internal and external content that showcases our brand's unique identity and values. This will involve planning and producing high-quality video content, designing and building digital assets, and collaborating with our Communications team to create compelling stories.
Key Responsibilities- Video Content Creation: Plan and produce engaging and professional video content to support our communications campaigns, ensuring that our brand's message is conveyed effectively.
- Design and Production: Deliver design projects incorporating promotional and technical video content, digital and print assets, and photography, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Creative Concept Development: Produce new ideas and concepts for integrated campaigns, solving issues in a creative and innovative manner, and collaborating with the wider team to bring these ideas to life.
- Digital Asset Management: Maintain and update our global websites, ensuring that logos, product and employee photography are up to date, and relevant campaign imagery is used where needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Communications team to design and build our internal and external digital newsletters, understanding the relationship between content and visual assets to create engaging stories.
- Interactive Content Development: Collaborate with the wider team to produce interactive content and designs that attract attention to the Paxton brand, driving engagement and interest.
- Event Support: Support company events to promote the Paxton brand with video footage and photography, capturing the essence of our brand's identity and values.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in the industry, ensuring that we are utilizing the most relevant design tools and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working in Graphic Design, Photography & Video, Editing, and Motion Graphics is essential for this role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat is required.
