About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Content Specialist to join our Marketing team in Brighton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and professional visual content across a range of formats, including animation, audio, photo, and video.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce high-quality video content to support communications campaigns.
  • Deliver design projects incorporating promotional and technical video content, digital and print assets, and photography.
  • Develop new ideas and concepts for integrated campaigns, solving issues in a creative and innovative manner.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to design and build internal and external digital newsletters, ensuring a strong connection between content and visual assets.
  • Maintain and update Paxton Access's global websites, ensuring logos, product, and employee photography are up to date, and relevant campaign imagery is used where necessary.
  • Work with the wider team to produce interactive content and designs that showcase the Paxton Access brand.
  • Support company events by providing video footage and photography to promote the Paxton Access brand.
  • Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in graphic design, photography, and video production.
  • Be prepared to travel occasionally to attend events, such as trade shows, exhibitions, and award ceremonies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in graphic design, photography, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
