Position Overview
As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience across multiple retail locations. You will oversee visual displays, motivate your team, and collaborate with store personnel to ensure optimal product presentation and brand representation.
Visual Presentation & Execution- Ensure the timely and accurate implementation of weekly merchandising directives in assigned stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to identify areas for improvement and address any visual inconsistencies.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic by ensuring proper product placement, signage, and display setup.
- Leverage data insights from Oracle to inform strategic product placement decisions.
You will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
- Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to in-store merchandising staff.
- Collaborate with In-Store Merchandisers to create tailored training plans that support individual growth and skill enhancement.
- Lead engaging training sessions for both existing and prospective team members, ensuring a consistent understanding of visual merchandising best practices.
Effective communication is key to your success.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Visual Support Manager and Area Sales Managers, providing regular updates on store performance and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Submit detailed Store Visit Reports to Managers, highlighting key observations and actionable insights.
- Actively share innovative ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement within JD Sports Fashion plc.

- Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a safe and responsible work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
