Job Overview: As a key member of our team at BSC Education Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the ELT and Pathways sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Regional Account Director to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the designated region.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and nurture key accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving repeat business through B2B networks.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights, identify opportunities, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, including ELT, Teacher Training, OET, and Pathways streams, as well as new products as they become available.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development and account management in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Previous experience in education sales is highly desirable.
