Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Development Agronomy Manager to join our team at De Lacy Executive. As a key figure in the business, you will work closely with the Research and Development Manager, trials and commercial teams to drive business growth and increase the technical skillset of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Build a Portfolio of Farming Customers: Provide agronomic advice, sales, and support on fertilizers and bio-stimulants to a portfolio of farming customers.
- Prepare and Implement Technical Development Plans: Ensure the product range is at the forefront of technology by developing and implementing technical development plans.
- Technical Training: Provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders, including speaking at events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Experience of Advising and Selling Relevant Products: Have experience of advising and selling relevant products on farm.
