About the Role

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to foster relationships and assist clients in navigating their insurance and business needs.

Negotiate with Insurers and Process New Policy Terms/Quotes

You will negotiate with insurers and process new policy terms/quotes to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

Create Strategies for Growth and Improving Business Procedures

You will create strategies for growth and improve business procedures to enhance our company's performance and efficiency.

Convert Enquiries into Sales to Actively Grow the Business to Targets

You will convert enquiries into sales to actively grow the business to targets, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales objectives.

Deliver Good Customer Service by Responding Swiftly to Queries and Concerns from Clients, Insurers, and Brokers

You will deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients, insurers, and brokers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Track and Report on Sales Performance, Providing Regular Updates to Management

You will track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management to ensure we are on track to meet our sales targets.

Attend Industry Events and Networking Opportunities to Promote the Company and its Services

You will attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.

Proven Experience in Sales, Managing Relationships with Customers, Insurers, and Key Stakeholders

You will have proven experience in sales, managing relationships with customers, insurers, and key stakeholders, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Highly Driven and Ambitious, with a Strong Desire to Achieve and Exceed Targets

Working Towards or Prepared to Study for CII Exams is Preferable

Technical Knowledge of Insurance is Preferable
