Job Overview

The successful candidate will deliver a thorough administrative support service to two consultants within the Paediatric Surgery and Urology Division. This role necessitates close collaboration with all clinical and administrative personnel within the Department, as well as with various other departments within the healthcare system. Responsibilities include managing both inpatient and outpatient waiting lists, scheduling theatre patients, organizing consultants' diaries, composing clinic correspondence, and responding to patient inquiries. This position plays a vital role in assisting the consultants in ensuring a seamless journey for patients from referral through to treatment. Additionally, the role includes providing coverage for other secretarial staff during their absence.

Key Responsibilities

We seek a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients. Proficiency in typing and managing waiting lists is essential for this position. Experience in medical administration, including support to healthcare professionals and familiarity with medical terminology, is highly desirable.
