We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team at Jet2 and Jet2holidays. As a Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to our Flight Operations business area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to Managers within our Flight Operations function.
- Support the HR Business Partner in their role and provide ongoing guidance and advice.
- Manage ER Case management, providing accurate and timely advice covering all levels of complexity.
- Coach Line Managers in reaching conclusions/decision making.
- Identify where HR matters/queries need to be escalated and refer them to the appropriate level of HR Management.
- Undertake projects to ensure key HR processes are current and provide a consistent and efficient service within the HR Team.
