Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist / Training Administrator to join our team at Springdene Nursing and Care Homes Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Administrator to ensure seamless coverage during annual leave and sickness.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative software and systems.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
