About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Telephone Advisor to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests via telephone, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer advice and guidance to our guests on our product offering and local area, helping them to curate their stay with us.
  • Use empathy and problem-solving skills to understand and resolve guest issues, ensuring that any jobs and feedback are logged and followed up with the guest.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless delivery of our services and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Confidence in using different systems to log jobs and feedback for our guests.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we can provide our guests with a great experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
