About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Financial Analyst to join our dynamic recruitment team at Consult. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Accounting and Financial Transactions: Manage all accounting transactions, including receivables, payables, and payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports to the leadership team, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with various ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: CA/ACCA qualification and ideally years of PQE experience.
  • Skills and Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a small office environment.
