About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Registered Manager to lead our Glasgow-based Residential and Housing Services. As a key member of the Phoenix Futures Scotland team, you will be responsible for managing and driving all areas of service delivery for both Scottish Residential Service and Housing Service in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of compliance with internal and Care Inspectorate standards of care to ensure the service is always ready for inspection.
  • Business Development and Financial Management: Maintain and improve business relationships, effectively manage budgets, and ensure financial viability of your service in line with budget management policy.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide positive, innovative, and motivational leadership as part of the Scotland Management Team to support Phoenix Futures Scotland Residential and Housing growth targets while ensuring occupancy targets are met and compliance with budgeting and financial policy and procedures.
