Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience.
  • Strong understanding of working within a customer service and/or contact centre environment.
  • Analytical mind-set with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and coherently with all levels.
