About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and immediately available Credit Controller for a temporary role with Distinct Recruitment. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's credit accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any issues related to outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chasing outstanding debts via communication with customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all credit transactions.
  • Working closely with the sales and accounts teams to resolve any customer queries.
  • Preparing regular reports on debtors and aging balances.
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of accounts as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Immediate availability to start.
