**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
To provide a quality support service within the accounts department.

**MAIN TASKS**:
The overall focus of the role will be to process financial and client account transactions. The main tasks being:

- Facilitating the movement of client monies to ensure compliance for SSAS, SIPP and Investment transactions.
- Posting daily client transactions onto Sage accounts
- Recording financial transactions within Sage and Excel records.
- Processing sales invoices on Sage and Excel record
- Arranging the payment of purchase invoices and processing in Sage.
- Conducting bank, purchase, and sales ledger reconciliations
- Arranging company banking of cheques.
- Raising cheques
- Fee collections
- Credit control
- Petty cash transactions and reconciliations
- All associated filing
- The above list is not exhaustive, and a flexible outlook is therefore essential.

**PAY AND BENEFITS**:

- Salary £19,000 to £25,000 per annum.

(Dependant on qualifications, knowledge, and experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
