About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Administrator to join our team at North Oak Recruitment. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a quality administration service in respect of a portfolio of SIPPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the in-house contact for clients, providing technical and administrative support to Financial Planners.
  • Maintain accurate records that meet the requirements of the firm and the regulator.
  • Provide technical knowledge of SIPPs and their use in financial planning.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, actuaries, accountants, Pension Trustees, HMRC, and other professional connections.
  • Work within level of authority and refer work when appropriate.
  • Create and maintain accurate computer-based records.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the SIPP and associated products.
  • Good technical knowledge of SIPPs and their use in financial planning.
  • Knowledge of other financial services legislation relevant to the role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other professional connections.
  • Knowledge of in-house money laundering procedures and Data Protection legislation.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and programmes relevant to the role.
