We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Administrator to join our team at North Oak Recruitment. As a Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a quality administration service in respect of a portfolio of SIPPs.
Key Responsibilities- Be the in-house contact for clients, providing technical and administrative support to Financial Planners.
- Maintain accurate records that meet the requirements of the firm and the regulator.
- Provide technical knowledge of SIPPs and their use in financial planning.
- Communicate effectively with clients, actuaries, accountants, Pension Trustees, HMRC, and other professional connections.
- Work within level of authority and refer work when appropriate.
- Create and maintain accurate computer-based records.
- Knowledge of the SIPP and associated products.
- Good technical knowledge of SIPPs and their use in financial planning.
- Knowledge of other financial services legislation relevant to the role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other professional connections.
- Knowledge of in-house money laundering procedures and Data Protection legislation.
- Knowledge of IT systems and programmes relevant to the role.
- Salary up to £32,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications, knowledge, and experience).
