Aspris is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our People Operations Team on a full-time basis.

This role involves processing payroll accurately and on time, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations, handling benefits administration, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation and GDPR, excellent teamwork skills, and experience in inputting payroll data accurately.

Key requirements include:

  • A strong understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to deal with colleagues.
