We have a new opportunity for a Construction Secretary to join our team within Countryside Partnerships North East Midlands, at our Enderby office in Leicestershire. As our Construction Secretary you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the build department and the developments.

Desirable
- BTEC diploma or certificate in administration

**More about the Construction Secretary role **
- Assist the Construction Director in producing the monthly health and safety reports and board reports.
- Provide support to all site based personnel to ensure the smooth running of the developments.
- Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system
- Identify any issues from site personnel and raise with the Regional Build Director
- Weekly data input into COINs database
- Complete weekly time sheets and pass to the Payroll department within agreed timescales
- Logging of customer defects and updating when required
- Liaise with Site Managers regarding outstanding customer defects
- Co-ordinate and produce letters, reports, memos as required using Microsoft Office packages
- Monitor and update complaints register
- Process and deal with invoices accordingly, ensuring they are paid within a timely manner
- Identify any issues from site personnel and raise with the Regional Build Director
- Deal with all mobile phone related queries for site based employees Provide support to all site based personnel to ensure the smooth running of the developments
- Arrange and support training courses for the department against the training plan and update training records.
- Be familiar with the Company’s health, safety and environmental policy
- Administer filing system for fire safety photographic records
- Order PPE, workwear and stationery items
- Arrange and support meetings and events, and arrange accommodation as required
- Holiday cover for reception duties including answering the telephone, record and distribute messages accordingly and process incoming and outgoing post
