Aspris is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our wonderful and supportive People Operations Team on a full-time basis. This includes processing payroll accurately and on time, managing and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations, handling benefits administration, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries to ensure a smooth experience for all employees.


This role is full time and hybrid with office days being held at our modern Leicester office approximately two days per week - though this may increase around payroll dates to ensure timely processing of BACS.


Key Requirements:

  • A working knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation and GDPR.
  • An understanding of the importance of teamwork and actively focuses on being an effective team player.
  • Experience in inputting of all Payroll data accurately in accordance with statutory guidelines.
  • A resilient nature and capability to work in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Organised with the ability to deal to multi-task and prioritise in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Impeccable attention for detail, a keen eye for accuracy and to be able to multitask effectively.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to deal with colleagues from across the business.
  • Self-efficient and self-motivated.
  • Experience of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.


Previous experience of payroll administration is an essential criteria for this role.
