Aspris is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the management of our HR & Payroll System along with our Financial Reporting Systems. This role involves the development, implementation, and modification of system configurations to adapt to evolving business needs and reporting requirements. You will work closely with the People team, Finance, and IT departments to establish standards, supervise software deployments, enhance processes, and automate systems, as well as manage specific projects that add value to our organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft products and Azure infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems, along with a solid understanding of Payroll and HR data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
  • Proven ability to cultivate robust relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of essential business applications and processes in HR & Payroll, Pensions & Benefits, Recruitment/Onboarding, and Finance.
  • Resilience and a commitment to delivering results, demonstrating ownership of challenges.
  • An analytical mindset capable of identifying root causes beyond surface-level issues.
  • Experience in handling and presenting large volumes of data.
  • Prior experience with iTrent and Planning Analytics.
