About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Management Team Leader to join our team at Next. As a key member of our Credit, Collections and Fraud Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to your team to inspire outstanding operational performance.
  • Set objectives, provide constructive feedback, and encourage success to contribute to the delivery of great service.
  • Build strong relationships with your team to create a positive and dynamic working environment.
  • Work closely with the Credit, Collections and Fraud Department to develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and reduce debt.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in a customer service and/or contact centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of working within a customer service and/or contact centre environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
