We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Consultant to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support to customers using our applications
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and incidents
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions
  • Monitor application system logs
  • Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications
  • Support during the roll-out of applications
  • Create User Guides
  • Deliver User Training on site

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and persistent with a desire to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate to a basic level
  • Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibit empathy and patience during interactions with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
