Property Manager - Residential Lettings

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they meet high standards and tenants are happy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with reliable contractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage rent collection and arrears, ensuring timely payment and minimizing losses.
  • Stay up-to-date with property laws and regulations, ensuring all properties comply with relevant standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on property management activities, providing valuable insights for our team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property management or residential lettings, particularly in residential properties.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes and developments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • A valid UK driving license, with the ability to travel to properties as needed.
