Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
