About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and average handling time.
