Legal Contracts Specialist

At WD-40 Company, we're looking for a skilled Legal Contracts Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our contract administration team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to contract owners and requestors, ensuring complete and accurate submission of contract requests for review.
  • Ensure third-party due diligence is submitted to Corporate Legal with contract submission.
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of contract requests to identify commercial and legal issues, and communicate them to contract owners and legal reviewers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain, to coordinate adherence to commercial terms.
  • Utilize DocuSign or e-signature software to ensure timely contract signatures and compliance with GCAP and RCAP.
  • Maintain the EIMEA template library of contracts, including alternative clauses and provisions.
  • Update Regional Contracts Administration Programs (RCAPs) to ensure alignment with company policies and strategies.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Contract administration program certificate or paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; other European language skills a plus.
