Legal Contracts Specialist

At WD-40 Company, we're seeking a skilled Legal Contracts Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our contract administration team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide semi-routine legal services support to contract owners and requestors, ensuring complete and accurate submission of contract requests.
  • Ensure third-party due diligence is submitted to Corporate Legal with contract submission.
  • Review contract requests to identify commercial and/or legal issues and communicate them to contract owners and legal reviewers.
  • Partner with various departments to coordinate adherence to requested commercial terms.
  • Manage contract signatures using DocuSign or e-signature software, ensuring compliance with GCAP and RCAP.
  • Maintain the EIMEA template library of contracts, including alternative clauses and provisions.
  • Update Regional Contracts Administration Programs (RCAPs) to ensure alignment with company policies and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Contract Administration program certificate or paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; other European language skills beneficial but not mandatory.
