Location: Barnstaple or surrounding areas (home-based)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cracking Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the Travel & Tourism industry, specifically in the holiday lettings sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Identify and source new business opportunities through local networking and supplier relationships
  • Negotiate with new and existing suppliers to secure business deals
  • Provide advice and support to new property owners on how to best feature and sell their property as a holiday let
  • Take professional photographs of properties and assist in writing creative marketing literature

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the Travel & Tourism industry
  • Strong networking and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
  • Basic salary plus monthly sales commission with uncapped OTE of £45k - £50k per annum
  • Fully expensed company car, laptop, and phone
  • 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays
