Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Dovetail and Slate Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting our senior leadership team and driving business success through effective people management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Leaders: Collaborate with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic people plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead People Management: Provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of people management, including talent development, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely reporting on HR metrics, systems, and employee benefits, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise Administrative Support: Manage and supervise the administrative support functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • CIPD L5 or equivalent
  • Relevant HR experience
  • Five GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 qualification in Mathematics and English
  • Numeracy & Literacy qualifications to Level 2
  • Excellent IT skills using the MS Office package, particularly Excel and Word.
