Senior HR Business Partner

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Devon. This role offers hybrid working, with the option to work from home one day per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and resolve people matters in a timely manner, supporting all aspects of any process and delivering excellent people management practices.
  • Oversee and coordinate data management, reporting on metrics, systems, and employee benefits, while managing and supervising administrative support functions.
  • Support strategies to promote employment opportunities, identifying succession planning and developing talent pools.
  • Assess systems to ensure they effectively support the HR team, managers, and employees.
  • Compile and analyze exit interview data, pinpointing trends and actions to enhance staff retention efforts.
  • Develop and deliver timely training programmes on people practices, including wellbeing and mental health.
  • Help identify areas for support to assist managers and their teams in developing strategies.
Requirements
  • CIPD L5 or equivalent
  • Relevant HR experience
  • Five GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 qualification in Mathematics and English
  • Numeracy & Literacy qualifications to Level 2
  • Excellent IT skills using the MS Office package, particularly Excel and Word.
