Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Dovetail & Slate. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives by providing expert HR advice and guidance to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Managers: Collaborate with our managers to ensure that our employees are treated fairly and consistently, and that our HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
  • Lead People Matters: Lead and resolve people-related issues in a timely and professional manner, providing expert advice and guidance to our managers and employees.
  • Oversee Data Management: Oversee the management of our HR data, including metrics, systems, and employee benefits, and provide regular reports to our stakeholders.
  • Support Administrative Functions: Manage and supervise our administrative support functions, ensuring that they are operating effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • CIPD L5 or Equivalent: Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent in HR or a related field.
  • Relevant HR Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR role, with a proven track record of delivering HR services to a high standard.
  • Education: Hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent), and a Level 2 qualification in Mathematics and English.
  • IT Skills: Have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
