Role Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and inviting. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting guests throughout the premises Upholding our core values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions Collaborating with the broader team to enhance the guest experience Conducting prompt maintenance of the building and its facilities Reporting and addressing any equipment or facility issues Developing and implementing a preventative maintenance strategy in collaboration with management Performing regular inspections and liaising with local authorities as necessary Promoting a culture of safety and preservation within the venue

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in property maintenance or related skills Strong communication abilities Keen attention to detail Excellent observational skills

Additional Information:

We offer flexible hours based on your preference for full-time or part-time work.

Our ideal schedule would be 8 AM to 4 PM for full-time roles, excluding weekends.
