Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of staff to ensure efficient and productive working practices, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide a world-class service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail stand, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverage products are of the highest quality and are served in a timely manner.
  • Staff Development: Assist with the training and development of staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team of staff, driving sales and performance, and meeting customer expectations.

  • Experience: Previous experience within a catering environment, preferably in a leadership role.
